We hold a Cold Water Therapy Group in Herefordshire that dips 4 days a week, free of charge. You do not have to commit to every session, however one of the main purposes of the group is to encourage self-discipline and dedication to a consistent routine that is healthy and beneficial. It also gets us in a good mood before work and more than ready to start the day!
​
We are a relaxed, friendly and open-minded group who welcome anyone who is up for the cold water challenge and a few laughs along the way! It is a very supportive and fun atmosphere with varied and beautiful dipping locations.
​
Anyone who is curious but a little nervous about Cold Water Therapy is welcome to come and view a session before jumping in themselves.
